81G’s Managing Director, Samantha Hinton was extremely proud to be presented with the award for ‘Employer of the Year’ at the Test Valley Business Awards gala dinner. The award now takes pride of place in the Southampton office located on the park and highlights the hard work and commitment all 81G employees contribute to making the business the success it is today
81G was established in 2007 to provide comprehensive, fully managed ICT services to small and medium sized organisations. 81G is based on the Southampton Science Park and a further two locations in the Midlands and London.
81G provides a secure, exciting and enriching place for its employees to work, which in turn maintains the fantastic reputation and standards that 81G’s many clients have become accustomed to when dealing with their IT issues and requirements.
Despite 2009 being a tough year for many UK businesses 81G has successfully grown the business by 55%. 81G are proud to announce that they have been selected as one of three finalists for the Simplyhealth Employer of the Year Award as part of the Test Valley Business Awards. The awards are due to take place in Andover on Thursday 15th April 2010.

July 2009 sees the launch of the new 81G website and as you can see we really have done an amazing job. 81G Ltd, leading provider of IT support and services has announced the opening of an additional office in the United Kingdom in spite of the economic downturn.
The new office, located in the historical town of Warwick is part of the company's growth strategy and strengthens its presence in the Midlands and surrounding areas. The Warwick office will provide service and engineering support to the growing number of partners and customers within the region, further enhancing 81G's state of the art virtual office ethos.
The new office reflects the success that 81G continues to enjoy and its intention to provide proactive IT solutions to such a strategically important business region.
